Springfield Saves Spring Break

Blago vetoed this, but our beloved pols in Springfield brought it back. Thank God, college freshmen will still be able to illegally get drunk and then legally mutilate themselves.

18 Equals Tattoo (HB 29)
For the first time in Illinois, 18 year-olds can legally smoke, vote, and get a tattoo. The Illinois Senate voted to override the governor’s veto of House Bill 29 , lowering the age for a person to receive a tattoo. At the same time the law raises the criminal penalty for tattooing or body-piercing a person under the age of 18 from a Class C misdemeanor (up to 30 days in jail and $1500 fine) to a Class A misdemeanor (up to 1 year and $2,500 fine).

Someone needs to show these taut college gals what a pierced belly, tummy or lower back tattoo looks like after child birth. Think of a balloon before it's been inflated. Now picture the balloon inflated to the max. Okay, now imagine it deflated again. Add stretch marks. It ain't pretty. Trust me.
