THE GRANDVIEW HOTEL IS TO BE DEMOLISHED!!! The new owner of Junction City has closed on the property. Sometime this summer the dump is coming down. They are still debating as what to put up in its place. Anyone wanting to take a swing at the crime ridden cess pool may do so if they are willing to write a check for $500 to charity.
So, it is true. Chase has gone away. Rejoice Peoria. Rejoice.

As I love him and have a bit of a crush on him, if Bill Dennis were my source, I would give him the credit. Haven't seen anything on the Pundit about the Grandview in awhile.
Scurring around the Armory Building my ass. Doesn't seem anything with your name attached has a good or productive outcome. You say you're doing high powered real estate in Michigan. I bet you're really hiding with your tail between your legs.
My guess: You come crawling back when you think all is forgotten, with yet another new name.
Polly,
I will be happy to donate $500 to any charity that lets me take a swing at that flea bag former Chase law suit Ingersol Hotel.
My property value goes up every time he says he's leaving town.
My hats off to the new owners. Living across the street, I can tell you that we sleep a little better these nights.
better yet, how about $500 to take a swing at Chase.
he had a site boasting some sort of crap properties in Michigan. we could only hope he actually moved.
I would bet that it is thoughts of chase that really get Polly's legs out of the bubbles.
Oh, let's see Ole Great One Chase, if only one or two people were residing in that grey, empty elephant, then I'd hope neighbors didn't have to complain.
Good riddance, I just hope those folks out west know what they are getting into and don't blame any Peorians for their "gain".
Chase,
My cars were broken into twice while you associated yourself with the Grandview. I hate to be your one neighbor that complained.
Chase,
Sometimes your spin even amazes me. Guess you have never chased a criminal down before. Check Police records.
I a friend of Chase's told me Chase was running scared because he believed former-former owner of the Grandview Hotel, Kris Jain, had put a hit out on him for stealing his property. Interesting, because Chase wrote an e-mail to me last summer calling my neighbors "pansies", WHICH IS NOT "P" THE TERM CHASE USED BY THE WAY- because they feared Jain. For the record, I had a pan handler from the Grandview ring my doorbell late at night while Chase "owned" the hotel. I know this pan handler lived at the Grandview as he was interviewed on WEEK TV as a resident. The fact remains that Chase lost every single court battle in this case, and every claim made was meritless. Our neighborhood has been blissfully quiet, peaceful and crime free since the Grandview has been closed and - or - Chase crept out of town.
Chase,
Is it true that you really broke into Jain's room to steal the videotapes because you might have been on them?
Just a rumor going around.
Mr. Ingersoll,
I noticed your tape denial was sort of "non-denial".......
As for Jain....I have seen this guy in person and you really must be a chickenshit if you fled Illinois because of this man.
Heck, from what I've seen of him, I'd bet he was the inspiration for the Indian character in the Simpson's cartoon.
I didn't turn tail and run, Chase. In case you failed to notice.
O'Brien: Jain is a convicted felon, and was sentenced to three years in prison for hiring an arsonist to burn down one of his previous business properties.
Chase,
Hm, that was a non-denial, non-denial......
Huh. Who ruined Chase's good name?
